The Rationalization Plan of The Department of Environment and Natural Resource, the Officer in Charge, Provincial Environment and Natural Resources Officer Atty. Joseph M. Humiding grabbed the opportunity to retire including some 23 personnel of CENROs Lamut, Alfonso Lista and PENRO Ifugao due to the implementation of Executive Order 366, effective last  December 13, 2013.

 

Hence, Forester Lamberto B. Bullan who is the PENRO Forestry Specialist was chosen to be the Officer-in-charge of the PENRO by virtue of a Special Order issued by OIC, Regional Executive Director (RED) Paquito T. Moreno, Jr. who took over the position of the RED Clarence Baguilat who retired too last Dec. 13.

 

As Officer-In-Charge, he shall perform such routinary activities/duties that pertain to the Office of the PENR Officer#
